Why I Blog

Hi ladies and gentlemen! I hope you all are doing well. Today, I decided to write a post addressing the topic of why I blog. Lately, I have had quite a few people come up and talk to me about my blog, or recognize me from it (so sweet). So, I just wanted to let you all know why I do it, why I started, and maybe this will inspire some of you to pursue interests of yours!

When I first started blogging, it was honestly because I loved style blogs. I could spend hours going through blogs and Instagrams profiles of influencers. I realized how much joy their content brought me, whether it be words of advice or beautiful images. I was in awe of all of the amazing people I followed, and how much they inspired me in my life, so I wanted to do the same for others.

Now, years later, I find myself with the same goal. I want my words and images to bring people joy. I am not one to be concerned with what people think of my edits, outfits, likes, but I do love to see the response of others to the things I post. It is such a special feeling when someone comes up to me when I’m out and tells me they loved my post about this or that. Or that they used my advice from the last post. Honestly, its special to share your ideas and views on a platform, any platform, and mine is my blog.

I hope that at least one person uses a tip of mine or can relate to something I say, or recreate an outfit I have posted in. I hope that my joy for writing and styling is poured out into you all and that you find some kind of inspiration from it. If you are on the fence about pursuing something you love, I challenge you to jump in to it. Find out today, how to make your dream a reality, and learn how to create what you want to create. Invest in your passions.

I ask you to share that passion with the world. We want to hear your voice, your art, your creativity. The world needs it.
