Hello there, one and all! It is a new year which means resolutions, a new chapter, and a new planner. However, in my case it means 3 new planners. I am going to be talking all about the best planners to buy and why writing your goals down helps you stay on track and achieve them.
The first planner I purchase every year is a Lilly Pulitzer LARGE 17 MONTH PLANNER. I use this planner for everyday use. I fill it with all my assignments, meetings, and obligations. This is great to keep you organized in work or school, and ensure you meet deadlines. I think everyone should have a basic year planner for everyday scheduling. The planner includes monthly calendars, weekly calendars, stickers, vacation planning, and more. However, there are other planners I am using this year for health and wellness specifically.
Now the second planner is a POSITIVITY PLANNER. This is truly a goal planner. It allows you to plan your goals and keep track of the timeline for each goal. It also has journaling space to write about your achievements and progress. I am using mine for fitness and mental goals for the year and my semester. I think it is important to nurture your mind, body, and soul so I have set goals to improve all three of these aspects of me.
Finally my FOODIE JOURNAL. In short, this is a weekly meal planner with space to fill in your favorite meals and restaurants and plan your eating for each week of the year. Both the positivity planner and foodie journal can be found at Target for only $3 each!!!
I love writing my goals out and having lists to check off. That is why I am using three different planners to keep my mind right as I achieve my goals. It has been proven that those who write down their goals are more likely to achieve them. This is because it serves as a reminder of what you want to achieve, it is a visual representation of your aspirations, it can help you track your progress, and is more fulfilling when you can check off something tangible.
